Lisa is a Director of Andrews and Bar and has worked within various sectors of the financial services industry for over 30 years. With a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise Lisa can comprehensively explore all areas of lending for clients based in the UK and overseas, sharing market experiences when formulating her recommendations.
Lisa has established a firm understanding of all areas of lending from mainstream criteria, underwriting processes and more complex commercial structures. She has first-hand commercial experience having carried out her own development projects and manages a portfolio of properties within prime and outer London prime locations.
The ethos has always been to treat customers fairly and maintain a high level of service. This has helped to promote long term relationships with clients and build a business based on recommendations. Lisa strives to succeed in what can sometimes be a challenging market and continues to take great satisfaction in being able to maintain a loyal client base and offer a consistent high level of service.

Sameer Kanabar – Director
In 2011, Sameer co-founded the boutique mortgage advisory, Andrews and Bar. He has since built a 1st class reputation for organising complex commercial, development and short-term debt packages for his clients.
Sameer specialises in funding for large schemes which include residential, mix use developments and prime single unit residential projects.
In recent years Sameer has been assisting medium to large size developers to secure high leverage finance, through the use of specialist funding arrangements, to help them realise their growth ambitions.
Sameer is passionate about opportunity, community and building strong working relationships.
